Roasting green coffee is a fun way to experiment with the flavour profile of a coffee bean. It allows you to play with different results to find what you like, and enjoy the delicious smell of roasting coffee in your kitchen. We are now offering a selection of some of our popular coffees as green bean (raw coffee) and we encourage you to try home roasting. There are a few different ways you can roast at home. If you don’t yet have a micro coffee roaster, try roasting coffee on a skillet over a wood fire, on the stove or even in a hot-air pop-corn maker. We recommend waiting a day or two after roasting before preparing your coffee, to allow the beans to rest a little.
