Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affect your statutory right as a consumer.
PAYMENT AND PRICING:
We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, and Switch cards. All card transactions are carried out on our 128 bit secure server.
All coffee prices are subject to VAT at a zero rate unless otherwise stated and include delivery charges within the UK. We are happy to quote for delivery outside the UK. We offer a comprehensive discount structure for those ordering large amounts of coffee.
Sea Island Coffee can be contacted during normal working hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday). Please see our contact us page for more information.
We will endeavour to fulfill your order and deliver the goods to you within five working days of the placing of your order using Royal Mail for standard deliveries.We offer premium delivery (1-3 working days) and express delivery (next day service for UK orders). Please place your order by 1pm if you require a next day service. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time then we shall contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:
You can return goods you have ordered from us if the Merchandise is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979.
Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days in their original condition after this we reserve the right to accept a refund or exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form and if you are a customer from outside the EU you will need to request a returns commercial invoice as well. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them here so please use recorded post the back to our offices. We will issue a full refund or exchange the (excluding original delivery charge) within 7 days after we receive the goods back.
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email to email@example.com or call us on +44 (0) 203 242 0936 before we have dispatched the goods to you or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause set out above.
Please send back the goods to: Masteroast Coffee Co Ltd, Plantation House, Newark Road, PE1 5UA, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
We regard these as essential cookies and must be accepted in order to continue use of the website.

Please note that subscriptions cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other products. Only one subscription can be added to your basket within the transaction. Money will leave your account on the date you have selected for your subscription to start. You will not be charged at the checkout but it is important to set up your direct debit. At the checkout, you will be directed to the Paypal site.
IS POSTAGE & PACKAGING FREE ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Postage is free for UK subscription not on subscriptions overseas. Please note that if you change the delivery address to an overseas address you will be required to pay the postage fee. Your parcel will be sent on the standard Royal Mail post. You will be notified once we have dispatched your coffee, please allow 5-7 working days to receive your coffee. If you would like to get your subscription faster, we recommend that you select the next day service. Note that if you select a different shipping method, this will be added to your regular subscription charges.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You are able to cancel or pause your subscription when you log into your account. You can also contact our customer service team by phone or email and they will be able to cancel or pause for you.
CHANGING THE COFFEE IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you do not like the coffee you have subscribed to in the My Choice package, you will have to cancel the subscription and then re-subscribe to the coffee you prefer. Unfortunately, we cannot change the coffee in Experts Choice. If you are not 100% satisfied with what our Buyers have choosen you will be refunded for that coffee.
CHANGES IN PRICE
We serve the right to increase a price on our coffee on a 30 day notice period by email. Unless we hear from you we will assume that you want to keep your subscription at the new price. We will treat a cancelled direct debit as notice that you no longer require the subscription.
